قضت الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، امس الاثنين، برفض الافراج عن الرئيس الأول السابق لمحكمة التعقيب الطيب راشد مع تأخير محاكمته الى شهر مارس القادم، وذلك في قضية تتعلق بالارتشاء والتدليس ومسك واستعمال مدلس واستغلال موظف عمومي لصفته والتهديد لمنع متضرر من الادلاء بشهادة وهي الاعلام عن جريمة وتقديم شكاية والتحيل.
